At C&G Holsters, service has always been at the core of who we are.

Built by a retired Law Enforcement Officer and supported by a team made up of Military Veterans, Law Enforcement Officers, and everyday Americans who believe in serving something greater than themselves, our company has always been rooted in the values of faith, family, and service.

This National Police Week, we wanted to create something meaningful—something centered not around equipment or products, but around people.

Beyond The Uniform

It’s easy to see the badge before seeing the person behind it.

But beyond the title, beyond the uniform, and beyond the headlines are real people with stories, families, experiences, and perspectives worth hearing. That’s what this project is about.

Our hope with Beyond The Badge is not only to honor the men and women serving communities across the country, but also to create understanding through conversation and storytelling. Because service is deeply human.

Conversations That Matter

Throughout the video, you’ll hear directly from the officers themselves as they reflect on what the profession has taught them, the sacrifices they’ve made, the bonds formed through service, and the responsibility that comes with protecting others.

Every story is different, but each one shares a common foundation: commitment, resilience, and a continued dedication to serving something bigger than themselves.

These conversations reminded us that while the badge represents duty, the person wearing it carries far more than what the public often sees.

To Those Who Serve: Thank You

To the officers who shared their stories with us—thank you for your honesty, vulnerability, and willingness to speak openly about your experiences.

And to Law Enforcement Officers everywhere, thank you for continuing to serve your communities every single day. Your sacrifice, commitment, and dedication do not go unnoticed.
